At Lila London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Fitting is allowed, but wearing is not permitted.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some or all is not permitted.
Return Process

Notify us of your return via info@londonlila.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You will send the item back at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
